Dear KiddieCorp Friends,
Part of the positive trends in child care and families are the reasons for our existence and growth. Since we started over 30 years ago, parents regularly seek out ways to spend more time with their children, and dads have emerged as equal caregivers, eager to be more involved with their children’s activities and welfare.
Children themselves have become more sophisticated and it’s always a fun challenge to offer the latest games and activities which even the most traveled child will appreciate.
What we still find to be true, though, is that all children truly enjoy the loving attention of grown-ups, dedicated to just them… our KiddieCorp staff listen, interact and converse with them about whatever they want to talk about. This is still the element that gives children the most pleasure.
Many of our clients know that we have a special place in our hearts for for infants and special needs children. Maybe it is because they need us just a little bit more. Whatever the reason, providing a nurturing, attentive and safe environment for them is something we pride ourselves on.
What will the next 30 years hold? Well, no editor or writer has asked us that yet. We hope that children continue to be an important and welcome part of parents’ working lives—whether they are at home, or gaining positive experiences when they travel. We are honored to play a small part in their “memories from the road”.
Sincerely,
