A Word About KiddieCorp:
Thank you very much for your interest in the United Food & Commercial Workers International Union children's program. Our goal is to provide your children with a program they want to attend, while providing you with that critical "peace of mind" feeling so you can attend your event activities. Please read on to learn more about KiddieCorp, or go straight to the registration form.

KiddieCorp is pleased to provide a children's program during the August 2013 Seventh Regular Convention. KiddieCorp is in its twenty-seventh year of providing high quality children's programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. We take watching your children very seriously. KiddieCorp's long-time partnerships with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Autism Society of America and countless others have helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children's program services.

Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe and happy experience. Our staff to child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special (1:2 for children ages 6 weeks through 11 months old; 1:4 for children ages 1 through 2 years old; 1:6 for children ages 3 through 4 years old; 1:9 for children ages 5 through 7 years old; 1:12 for children ages 8 through 12 years old). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. They must be wonderful with kids! You will feel extra secure knowing that the KiddieCorp team is bonded and that we carry ample liability insurance.

We provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable with. Children can make their own choices within KiddieCorp's program.

Adrenaline Rush - Within the KiddieCorp program children will be able to exert their energy while participating in various group games such as Simon Says, Relay Races, Duck-Duck-Goose and Red Light Green Light. They will also have fun while playing in our colorful children's tents.

Relaxation Zone - Children who like the quieter activities will be able to sit back and relax in our less rambunctious area. We will have various books for all the different ages. Our staff will enchant the children by holding story time throughout each day. We will also have tea sets and play food for the children who like to play grocery store or house.

Artistic Alley - The artists in the children's program will be able to express their creativity. We will have various sorts of craft supplies for the children. All the children will have the opportunity to make beaded jewelry, fun paper hats, colorful collages, etc. The kids will want to make sure they create their very own hand puppet to take home.

Construction Zone - For the builder's in our group we will have an area dedicated to blocks and Legos. Children will be able to create structures only a child can dream of. Our blocks will have the children feeling like little architects. All the kids will not want to forget to stop by our Play Doh sculpting table to show off their molding abilities.

Infant/Toddler Children - The youngest of our group will be surrounded by tactile toys that stimulate fun and learning. There will be soft building blocks, stacking toys and activity centers. The little ones will also have various ride-ons and toddler books to help keep them entertained. We will have sing-a-longs with their favorite nursery rhymes. To help the kids stay on their napping schedule we will do our best to have everyone settle down for a rest a couple times throughout each day.

Where, When, For Whom

The children's program is for children ages 6 months through 17 years old. The children's program will run Monday, August 12th through Thursday, August 15th, 2013 at the McCormick Place West Convention Center and an evening program Thursday night at the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois. Snacks, meals and beverages will be provided.

The Registration Fee for the children's program is $35 per child.

The advance registration deadline is July 19, 2013. This form must be completed in its entirety and payment received before registration is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: Notify KiddieCorp of any cancellations so that space may by re-assigned to another child. Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp in writing prior to July 19, 2013 for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after July 19, 2013.

Medication will NOT be administered by KiddieCorp. Be sure to fill out the following form COMPLETELY. To ensure a safe and fun-filled environment, any child who is ill will not be admitted to the children's program.
