How We Select Great Staff

We hire enthusiastic, qualified caregivers recruited locally from reputable sources such as: licensed child care centers, preschools, collegiate departments of early childhood education, elementary schools, and YMCA's. We dedicate a lot of time and care to recruiting and training these outstanding caregivers. They are legal employees of our company- not independent contractors. All payroll taxes are reported accordingly in each state we work in.

We call KiddieCorp staff “Team Members” and train them to work with each other, our managers, and our headquarters to maintain KiddieCorp standards and create a truly safe and enjoyable atmosphere for your children.

All KiddieCorp Team Members are carefully reviewed and screened to make sure they meet KiddieCorp's stringent requirements for employment. Our application process includes behavioral screening questions and a special set of reference questions designed specifically for screening temporary child care providers.

Once a candidate has passed initial screening and reference checking, they still have to attend an interview and training session. This is a highly interactive meeting where their skills and personality are put to the test. Our new Team Members also receive an employee manual to ensure they do everything “The KiddieCorp Way.” This intensive screening and training process ensures that you receive the highest quality care and consistency in staffing from year to year and across the nation.
