A Word About KiddieCorp:
Thank you very much for your interest in the 2012 Meeting children's program. Our goal is to provide your children with a program they want to attend, while providing you with that critical "peace of mind" feeling so you can attend your event activities. Please read on to learn more about KiddieCorp, or go straight to the registration form.

Background
KiddieCorp is in its twenty-sixth year of providing high quality children's programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. We take watching your children very seriously. KiddieCorp has enjoyed long-time partnerships with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Autism Society of America and countless others, which have helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children's program services.

Commitment
Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe and happy experience. Our staff to child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special (1:2 for children ages 6 months through 11 months old; 1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old; 1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old; 1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. They must be wonderful with kids! You will feel extra secure knowing that the KiddieCorp team is bonded and that we carry ample liability insurance.

Activities

We provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable with. Children can make their own choices within KiddieCorp's program.

 

Wild Safari Theme: Who dares to enter the jungle? When the children enter the KiddieCorp jungle they will see our brightly colored safari animal play huts and our jungle décor. We'll see who has the best ROAR when we show off our animal sounds. No safari would be complete without binoculars and wild animal masks; we'll make our own by setting our imaginations loose! Children will enjoy creating jungle mobiles and pom-pom insects to take home with them as a memento of their trip. We'll play a game of "If you were lost in the jungle, what three things would you want to have?" After our adventures we will settle down and relax with our new friends and watch an animal movie. Who is up for a game of Barrel of Monkeys?

There are two ways you can register for the children's program:
1. Complete and submit the online form listed below.

It is not necessary to do both.

Where, When, For Whom

The children's program is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old and will be located at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Meals need to be supplied by parents.

Medication will NOT be administered by KiddieCorp. Be sure to fill out the following form COMPLETELY. To ensure a safe and fun-filled environment, any child who is ill will not be admitted to the children's program.

The cost for the children's program is $7.00 per hour, per child (2-hour minimum required per child, per day).

Late Charge: If parents are late to pick up their children at the end of the day, the parents will be charged a late fee of $5.00 per child for every 5 minutes therafter.

The advance registration deadline is October 1, 2012. Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. This form must be completed in its entirety and payment received before registration is confirmed.

Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp prior to October 1, 2012 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Payment in full is required to confirm your reservations. Although every effort will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrations, there is no guarantee that KiddieCorp can accept children unless they are pre-registered.

Please make sure to bring a photo I.D. with you to the children's program. A photo I.D. will be required for check-in and check-out of children. We will have you complete a consent form when you arrive at the children's program.
