A Word About KiddieCorp:
Thank you very much for your interest in the American Political Science Association children's program. Our goal is to provide your children with a program they want to attend, while providing you with that critical "peace of mind" feeling so you can attend your event activities. Please read on to learn more about KiddieCorp, or go straight to the registration form.

As A Reminder To All Traveling Families
U.S. citizens are now required to present a passport when traveling to Canada by air. Please note that on June 1, 2009, the U.S. government implemented the full requirements of the land and sea phase of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI). The rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry to have a passport, passport card, or WHTI-compliant document. Please also note that all children regardless of age, including newborns and infants, must have their own passport. Don't wait! Apply for your passport now! Background
KiddieCorp is pleased to provide a children's program during the 2009 APSA Annual Meeting. KiddieCorp is in its twenty-third year of providing high quality children's programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. We take watching your children very seriously. KiddieCorp has enjoyed long-time partnerships with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Autism Society of America and countless others, which have helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children's program services.

Commitment
Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe and happy experience. Our staff to child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special (1:2 for children ages 6 months through 11 months old; 1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old; 1:5 for children ages 3 through 12 years old). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. They must be wonderful with kids! You will feel extra secure knowing that the KiddieCorp team is bonded and that we carry ample liability insurance.

Activities
We provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable with. Children can make their own choices within KiddieCorp's program.

There are two ways you can register for the children's program:
1. Complete and submit the online form listed below.
2. Download the Adobe Acrobate version of this form to mal or fax to us, click here: Acrobat Version of Registration Form.
It is not necessary to do both.

Where, When, For Whom
The children's program is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old and will be located at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre in Toronta, Canada. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Meals must be supplied by parents or purchased when checking your child in each day. Medication will NOT be administered by KiddieCorp. Be sure to fill out the following form COMPLETELY. To ensure a safe and fun-filled environment, any child who is ill will not be admitted to the children's program.

The advance registration deadline is August 5, 2009. Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first served basis. This form must be completed in its entirety and payment received before registration is confirmed. One parent must be registered for the APSA Annual Meeting in order to sign up for the Children's Program.

Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp prior to August 5, 2009 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

One parent must be registered for the APSA Annual Meeting in order to sign up for the Children's Program. Payment in full is required to confirm your reservations. Although every effort will be made to accommodate on-site registrations, there is no guarantee KiddieCorp can accept children unless they are pre-registered.

Please make sure to bring a photo I.D. with you to the children's program. A photo I.D. will be required for check-in and check-out of children. We will have you complete a consent form when you arrive at the children's program.
